Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Patients are seen by appointment only. We can usually accommodate same-day appointments. If your appointment is urgent, please let the office staff know so we can do our best to schedule your appointment as first-available. In true emergencies, please dial 911. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be rescheduled.

If your insurance requires a referral, it is your responsibility to obtain this prior to your appointment. Without a referral, you may reschedule the appointment or choose to be ‘self-pay.’ Co-pays are accepted at the time of your visit. We participate with most commercial insurance carriers. Please make sure that you provide us with current and correct information to facilitate the filing of medical claims. Please see our *financial policies* for more information.

If you are a patient receiving Immunotherapy (allergy shots) in our office: Please call the office prior to each injection to make sure the physician is available. This could potentially save you time & trouble, as hours are subject to change. All patients are required to wait in our office 10-15 minutes each time they receive an injection. If your insurance requires a referral, please check with us to see that we have a current referral on file. Typically, patients can arrive for allergy injections during the following days/times:

Monday- 9:00am to 11:00am and 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Tuesday- 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Wednesday- 9:00am to 11:00am and 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Thursday- 9:00am to 11:00am and 2:00pm to 4:00pm

Friday- 2:00pm to 4:00pm
